Meet your teacher
Ivy is a yoga teacher based in Copenhagen with nearly a decade of teaching experience around the globe . Her journey with yoga began in her teenage years, where it became a vital practice for navigating the complexities of adolescence. Since then, yoga has remained a central part of her life, evolving into both a passion and a profession.
With over 1,000 hours of specialized training in functional yoga and somatic movements, Ivy’s classes offer a blend of physical practices that enhance bodily awareness while encouraging a deeper understanding of the embodied experience. Furthermore, she holds a degree in philosophy, adding depth to her teaching by seamlessly integrating philosophical concepts into her yoga practice. This unique combination allows Ivy to guide her students not just through physical postures, but also through a reflective journey inwards. Her classes are designed to be both challenging and accessible, encouraging students to explore their limits while cultivating a deep sense of inner awareness.
